On the occasion of #WorldMentalHealthDay, let’s talk about mental health at home, schools, and workplaces. This can not only overcome mental health stigma but also reminds us that help is available and we’re not alone in our struggle.

Talking about mental health encourages those having suicidal thoughts or who are dealing with severe mental illness to reach out to others for help. It also enables us to take care of our mental health and wellbeing on a regular basis.
