James found himself nestled in the cosy corner of his living room, enjoying a cup of evening tea, when his phone alerted him of an incoming video call. A warm smile graced James’s face as he answered the call and one by one, the faces of his siblings came up on the screen, all from different corners of the world.
Lena, the family’s eldest, had settled in Norway and had a thriving career in finance. Tom and Emily, the twins, beamed from their university campus in Melbourne.
As they chatted and caught up on each other’s lives, James felt a deep sense of nostalgia. He missed the days when they all lived under the same roof, sharing laughter and stories around the dinner table. A thought began to form in his mind almost on an impulse — a plan to bring them all together once again.
